  • Shellfish platter special flo: (1/2 cold lobster, 1/2 cold ox crab, 2 cold king prawns, 2 cold norway lobsters , 5 spynous syurex, 3 french oysters , 3 galician oysters, 2 baby clams)

  • Funghi ravioli and mozarella with mushroom sauce.

  • Tuna in  cider sauce with fresh pasta.
  • Black rice with lobster
  • "Calasparras" stewed rice with lobster
  • Fideuā  (noodle paella)
  • Sole grilled or meuniere sauce.  
  • Gilt head Santurce (tender garlic) and  style.
  • Sole stuffed with espinachs,cava graten.
  • Assortiment fish grilled and shellfish.

MEATS DISHES 

  • Grilled beef skewers with bearnaise sauce. 
  • Steak tartar with fries or salad 
  • Duck breast with plum and apple sauce. 
  • Grilles chateaubriand (tenderloin steak) with bearnaise sauce.
